The event was held to See FOURTH, 7 Williamston woman arrested in Chocowinity SARAH HODGES STALLS Enterprise & Weekiy Herald CHOCOWINITY - A Martin Coun ty woman was one of two ar rested by Beaufort County law enforcement on metham- phetamine charges. On Dec. 23, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit ar rested Gina Elizabeth Wha ley, 39, of 2252 Archie Mobley Road in Williamston and Don nie Mayo, 44, of 415 Carrow Road in Chocowinity. Whaley was charged with possession of methamphet- amine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mayo was charged with manufacturing methamphet- amine, possession with in tent to sell and deliver meth- amphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for keeping and sell ing a controlled substance and possession of drug para phernalia. The arrested stemmed from investigators executing a search warrant at 415 Car- row Road in Chocowinity af ter receiving complaints that “Mayo was cooking/making methamphetamine,” accord ing to the Beaufort County Sheriffs Office.
